Study of the influence of manufacturing parameters on the mechanical properties of the LPBF-AlSi10Mg alloy
Additive manufacturing technology, also known as 3D printing, has been used more and more recently, and the number of materials and methods that can be used is expanding. The purpose of the study: Establishing rational modes of manufacturing samples from the LPBF-AlSi10Mg alloy with a layer thickness of 40 um, studying their influence on mechanical properties depending on the location on the construction platform. As a result of the conducted research, the dependence of the mechanical properties on the integrity of the sample and the location on the platform was established.
